There is a tipping point on the horizon at Monte Mayor Golf & Country Club where demand for completed luxury villas will rise to match the demand for undeveloped private villa plots which to date has been driving sales. Investors who have got an early foothold in the resort, providing they are building with a commercial mind paying great attention to qualities and layout, will soon realize excellent returns.

A hundred or more undeveloped plots are yet to be released and these will represent some of the best on offer high up at the back of the resort commanding panoramic south-facing golf and sea views. Prices start from around 350,000 euros for a 3,000m˛ plot.
