Tranquilo in Spain’s El Madroñal – a Masterclass in Construction

Anyone with a generous bank manager can build a house, but very few have the skills and intuition to build a home. A home with exquisite proportions, spaces for lively entertainment and spaces for private repose. During the build process the cabling can be concealed, afterwards it becomes a headache, one which the future owner won’t want to take on.”

Finished in August 2008, Tranquilo is relaxed by name and relaxed by nature as the English constructor has clearly swallowed the manual of successful self-build. McCloud would be proud.
