Santana Golf & Country Club
Santana Golf & Country Club is one of the newest and finest golf courses on the Costa del Sol, opening its fairways for the first time in January 2004. As part of the concept, individual undeveloped villa plots and apartments have been released for private purchase.
The average size of the first release of 34 individual plots was 1,650m² and a further phase has recently been released with plots ranging in size from 1,000m² to 4,620m² in area, many of which benefit from a prime, frontline golf position.
The majority of the plots at Santana Golf & Country Club also enjoy a south-west orientation and have a generous building ratio of 25%.

The 18 hole course, which cost in the region of 10 million Euros to complete, is a par 72 and spans across approximately 6,306 metres. The course architect, Cabell B Robinson, did not have to make any major transformations to the terrain as the existing site was in a very favourable condition. The final result is a relatively flat course and one which is easy to walk via wide, flat pathways. The course also has wide paths for golf buggies, which are thoughtfully hidden behind rows of beautiful fruit trees. In technical terms, Santana Golf is a very demanding course. The arrangement of the greens and the numerous water obstacles that dot the course will test the ability of any player.
The land that Santana occupies was previously used to cultivate avocados and hole five is home to several cork oaks that are over five hundred years old.
Prices start from approximately 300,000 Euros for a 1,200m² plot up to 690,000 for a 4,620m² plot.
